Professor Rikky Muller's research group works on implantable and wearable medical devices and neurotechnology enabled by advanced microelectronics technology and integration. We are interested in understanding how to optimally interface electrical and optical systems with the human body, and to use this understanding to develop safe, chronic and intelligent devices. Specific areas of interest include brain-computer interfaces, neurotherapeutics, and health monitoring applications.
