Rikky Muller interviewed by Bakar Fellows Program
Rikky Muller was interviewed by the Bakar Fellows Program in a piece on “EarEEG – Earbuds that read your mind”. The interview discusses the potential, applications, and future directions of Ear EEG, which employs lightweight in-ear earbuds to detect the brain’s electrical activity. Under this technology, electroencephalography (EEG) is recorded non-invasively from the ear canal and transmitted wirelessly to the user’s smartphone. Earlier this year, Rikky Muller was named one of seven faculty members to receive a 2020-2021 Bakar Fellowship.
